By accessing or using TossVerse ("the site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What TossVerse is

TossVerse is a free entertainment tool that simulates tossing a coin to help you make a decision. It is provided for fun and is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

No gambling

TossVerse does not involve real money, prizes, bets, or wagers. Do not use it to settle anything where the outcome has legal or financial stakes you cannot afford.

Paid decision reports

TossVerse offers an optional paid, one-time digital product ("The Other Side") — an AI-generated decision report delivered by email after payment. Reports are generated by an AI system that draws on general decision frameworks and classical wisdom; they are informational and entertainment-oriented only, and are not professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. By purchasing you confirm that the delivery email address you provide is correct. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Intellectual property

All original content on TossVerse — including text, design, code, logos, and the coin-flip experience — is owned by TossVerse or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without permission.

The photographs of historical coins shown in our collection are sourced from third parties and are used under a Public Domain dedication or Creative Commons licenses (such as CC BY-SA). Full attribution for each image is listed on our Image Credits page, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Content accuracy

Coin descriptions and historical notes are provided for educational and entertainment purposes. Details are simplified; treat them as flavor, not scholarship. We make no warranty that any content is accurate or complete.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TossVerse and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site — including any decision you make based on a coin toss. The coin decides; the responsibility is yours.

Termination

These terms remain in effect while you use the site. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or as required by law. Examples of a material breach include misuse of the paid report service (such as reselling reports), attempting to circumvent our content-safety screening, or using the site for unlawful purposes. If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused prepaid portion. You may stop using the site at any time; for paid products, email us and we will close your account and delete your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TossVerse is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
